  Joelle is a progressive candidate who has a grasp of the issues. Joelle Gallagher has been working in the Napa Community in a public service capacity her entire career. She’s is a candidate who does not have some kind of professional connection with the often-controversial wine industry, and has a handle on the ins and outs of climate change, county and state ecology, watershed issues in a progressively serious drought, and the need for solid, balanced research on issues that would come before the Board. She is also the only candidate that seems to consistently show up at community events, whether recreational, political or environmental. She is committed to the town, to the county, and to the residents within. Electing Joelle Gallagher as Supervisor is a win-win for the entire county.
